RapidUI has decided to terminate its business activity, effective as of March 1, 2019.




The decision was made with mixed feelings, but mainly, lots of excitement, as RapidUI team will be leaving RapidUI to join WIX.com following the termination of activity.

RapidUI has decided to terminate its business activity, effective as of March 1, 2019.

What exactly happens on March 1, 2019?   >

You won’t be able to create new projects or purchase paid plans as of March 1, 2019. RapidUI will maintain a free-of-charge server for a period of 6 months, in order to assist you to keep the sites that you’ve already published alive. In addition, you’ll be able to export your existing sites’ code for free.

You will not have access to your projects, and all other RapidUI services, effective as of August 1, 2019.

What exactly happens on August 1, 2019?   >

All of RapidUI services, including RapidUI hosting services, will be terminated effective as of August 1, 2019. Make sure to export your code, and to independently host it, if you want to keep your site alive.

What will happen to my existing projects?   >

You will still have access to older projects until July 31, 2019, in order to export your site’s code for free (once exported, your code can be hosted independently on your own server. That way you can keep your site alive once we’ll shut down, without any dependency).

You will not have access to your projects effective as of August 1, 2019.

What happens when I export my code?   >

Once you’ve exported your code, you can host it yourself wherever you’d like; however, you’ll lose access to your CMS, and you won’t be able to live-edit your site.

What will happen to my published sites?   >

RapidUI will maintain a free-of-charge server for a period of 6 months, in order to assist you to keep the sites that you’ve already published alive (if you still choose to use our hosting service).
In addition, you’ll be able to export your existing sites’ code for free (once exported, your code can be hosted independently on your own server. That way you can keep your site alive once we’ll shut down, without any dependency).

Published sites will be removed effectively as of August 1, 2019.

What will happen to PRO plan users?   >

RapidUI will maintain a free-of-charge server for a period of 6 months, in order to assist you to keep the sites that you’ve already published alive (if you still choose to use our hosting service).
In addition, you’ll be able to export your existing sites’ code for free (once exported, your code can be hosted independently on your own server. That way you can keep your site alive once we’ll shut down, without any dependency).

What does hosting on Amazon CloudFront mean?   >

RapidUI sites are hosted on Amazon’s CloudFront hosting service, which delivers your site through a worldwide network of data centers.In addition, we use ‘Netlify’ to achieve much better performance and speed to your site

What does HTTPs support mean?   >

All websites hosted with RapidUI have SSL certificates, activating HTTPS communications and ensuring all of your communications are safe and encrypted.
